For
the requirements of normal boiler flue gas desulphurizing
and dust-collecting, Huate now has three treatment processes
for customers to choose, whose characteristics are as
follows.
1.Wet
dust-collecting and lime-CaSO4 desulphurizing system:
The process is relatively simple with low investment and
little cost, and is widely used.
2.Wet
dust-collecting and double alkali desulphurizing system:
The lump-sum investment is relatively a little higher, but
the waste (industry waste alkali) can be used to treat waste
(SO2 waste gas) in it, and it can also fulfill
some special requests of some special processes (for
example, Ca is not allowed in the recovered things).
3.Electrostatics
dust-collecting and lime / gypsum desulphurizing system: The lump-sum investment is relatively much higher,
but it can fulfill the request that flue gas treatment needs
carrying out with a high standard in the coal area with more
sulphur, and it can also realize the industrialization of
the by-product recovery. It has a nice future.
