Huate Environmental Protection Equip. Ind. Co. was founded in
1982. It is a professional environmental protection enterprise
for flue gas treatment, incorporating researching, designing,
manufacturing, installing, debugging, operation managing and
technology consulting. Main products: HT wet efficiently
desulphurizing system equipment, SMLXW wet efficiently
desulphurizing and dust-collecting system equipment, DMLX low
voltage pulse off-line ash-removing fabric filter, JDKW wide
spacing horizontal electrostatic precipitator, and QLSS
efficiently dense phase gas power delivery system.
Huate
Co. is the excellent key enterprise in the environmental
protection industry of our country, the national key
environmental protection science and technology research
technology development unit, State key environmental
protection practical technology backing unit, State
environmental protection advanced enterprise, the designated
management unit of national environmental protection industry,
the key enterprise of Chinese environmental protection
industry, the executive of Chinese Society for Environmental
Sciences, the executive director of China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, the key
enterprise of Zhejiang province environmental protection, the
excellent enterprise of Zhejiang province environmental
protection, the designated management unit of Zhejiang
province environmental protection industry, one
of the ten excellent enterprises of
Zhejiang province environmental protection industry, and
has ranked among the first in the appraisal of the “one
hundred power enterprises” of national
environmental protection industry. Huate
Co. was again appraised as "the
key enterprise of Chinese enviromental protection industry"
by State
Association of Environmental Protection Industry of China in
December 2003, and again as “the
key enterprise of Zhejiang environmental protection industry”
by Zhejiang Province Association of Environmental Protection
Industry in July 2006.

Led by science and technology
and basing on the environmental protection market, Huate
Co. makes more and more inventions and developments. The
SMLXW－0.5～2100 series of wet efficiently
desulphurizing and dust-collecting equipments are
researched and manufactured by our company itself. These
equipments are originally designed with a special
structure and the capability of multi-layer
desulphurizing and dust-collecting. They are widely used
to treat the flue gas of boilers and all kinds of
furnaces in electric power, metallurgical, chemical.,
printing and dyeing, leather and food industries. And
they are the best to treat flue gas of high density with
the dust density of 10000～45000mg/Nm3 at the
beginning. These series of equipments have passed the
technology appraisal of State Science Development
Commission of China. They have been tested by more than
one hundred environmental protection control departments
of the country. The dust-collecting efficiency is 99.2～99.6%,
the desulphurizing efficiency is 85～95%, the
of net smoke discharge ＜Class 1. They can completely
solve the problems that boilers and furnaces are
difficult to be treated when the coal is low-heat and
high-sulphur or can not be burned out.

Huate
Co. thinks highly of knowledge innovating and pays much
attention to research and technology development. In recent
years, only Mr. Chen Minglou, the general manager, himself has
held seventeen technical patents on the flue gas treatment
field of environmental protection, such as wet-FGD two-period
absorbing and catching method equipment, sputter-cone nozzle,
sputter-plate overflow device, dirt cleaner, helical
rotating-flow device, desludging box, and efficiently wet
desulphurizing process, and so on.

Huate Co. is strong in technical resources, well equipped and has
advanced process levels. For many years, our company has
thought highly of the training of talent and increased the
input momentum in technical research. Therefore, the
technology of the products has been greatly increased and the
system process has been improved constantly. Especially from
the year of 1993, there was more and more need for the
products. So our company poured a lot of manpower and material
resources into the production process and finally achieved a
qualitative leap in this part. Now, our company has formed a
professional machining assembly line and solved a series of
problems that were caused by traditional manual chiseling,
such as the substandard and bad quality of the products, and
the high capital of production, and so on. According to the
special request of granite wet desulphurizing and
dust-collecting equipment in the aspect of being anti-rot and
wear-resisting, our company makes further process of the rich
Zhejiang local granite to be the main material of the
equipments. The texture of it is hard, stable, fire-resistant
and anti-rot. After many physical and chemical analyses, the
textures are all high-class. The results of the mineral test
show: the content of silicon dioxide (SiO2)＞73%, the wearing-rate＞0.42g/cm2, the compressive strength＞130MPa, and the bending strength＞17.0Mpa. Therefore, for many times, our company has got
the highly appraise of “scientization of taking material,
rationalization of using material and mechanization of
production” from the earth mineral experts.
Zhejiang
Huate Environmental Protection Equip. Ind. Co. thinks
highly of the research and technology development and
never loosens the quality management on products. Our
company has always followed the quality principal of
“surviving and winning by quality”. We ensure the
technical standard and promise of the products and go on
perfecting the after service system — our company

appraised as the annual State class new products of
1994, the first (1995) and second (2000) national credit
environmental protection products, State key
environmental protection practical technology, State
class science and technology achievements (No: 9702317), the national environmental protection advanced products
in 2000, the first State technology certification
products of 2000, State key environmental protection
practical technology spreading item in 2001, and has
been always listed as the national especially
recommended products by State Environmental Protection
Bureau since 1998. The general
quality management system of Huate and the quality idea
of Huate’s stuff are the joint guarantee of the
confidence of our company and customers.
